Finding the world in the smallness of a grain of sand
And holding inifinities in the palm of your hand
And Heaven's realm in the seedlings of this tiny flower
And eternities in the space of a single hour
Send your love into the future
Send your love into some distant time
And fix that wounded planet with the love of your healing
Send your love
~ Sting
'Send Your Love'
My Life Coaching Mission
~ to help people develop a strong sense of self-compassion, connect with their inner creative souls and consciously rediscover their true selves.
My Photography, Writing & Creative Arts Mission
~ to create authentic works that promote inspiration, healing, joy and connection.
My Background
~ I have a Master's of Arts degree in Criminology and previously worked for the federal government as a special agent and as a pretrial services officer. My federal career experience highlighted my keen sense of intuition as well as my compassion and desire to help others to believe in themselves and pursue their dreams and goals. During the time between my federal career and my formal coaching work, I became a published writer via freelance projects, as well as writing for a local newspaper. I am a professionally certified life coach and received my coach training through the International Coach Academy. I have since completed an additional certification as an ARTbundance(TM) Coach through the ARTbundance Coach Training Program with Artella Words and Art.
My Life & Daily Passions....
~ I treasure time with my family, especially my dogs who always keep me smiling. Music is like a precious fuel that keeps me going and the ocean is a magical source of healing and renewal for me. I love connecting with friends, especially over a happy game night. I stay up too late reading good novels. I also find great inspiration in movies, especially the marriage of music and film. I am rarely without my camera and am eagerly exploring more art forms and mediums. I am a vegan and strive to be as Earth-conscious as possible.

A Final Thought
~ "We can't change the world so that no one gets sick, no one is hurt, no one dies. The best we can do is take care of suffering where we find it. We save all beings because in the process of doing so we expand the boundaries of our identity; we push out the fences that limit what we can love." ~ Jeanne DuPrau excerpt from The Earth House
